Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Australis wishes to thank all of our Customers, Suppliers and other Partners for helping to make 2024 a successful year. We hope that your business and partnership with Australis continue to grow in 2025.
2025/ 2025 Holiday Shutdown
Australis and its team will be taking a well earned break over the Christmas – New Year period. We will be closed on the following dates
- Final day – Friday 20 December 2024 (skeleton staff only)
- Reopening – Monday 6 January 2025 with reduced staffing. Some staff are back on 6 January 2025, however we will be at reduced staffing levels during January as people take leave over the school holiday period
- IMPORTANT: Suppliers should organise for deliveries requiring a forklift to arrive at our workshop before 3pm on Thursday 19 December 2024. Deliveries requiring a forklift that arrive after this time will not be able to be unloaded – please coordinate delivery with your Australis contact person.
As a celebration of the year, Australis will also be holding its staff Christmas lunch on Tuesday 17 December from 12pm to 3pm. During this time we will be CLOSED and all staff will be off-site and unavailable to accept deliveries, or to take phone calls. We apologise for any inconvenience.
The rest and recharging of the batteries for our team is vital to a happy and healthy workforce, so we apologise in advance if we are unable to respond to your enquiry during our general shutdown. Senior management will periodically monitor their emails but there may be delays in responding and any non-urgent issues will be held over until the team returns in 2025.
Scheduled site work and maintenance
Despite our general shutdown, Australis may have some scheduled maintenance projects during this period. These projects are unaffected, but it does mean our office and workshop are closed. If you require further assistance during our general shutdown, please contact Australis Engineering’s nominated project manager for assistance.
