  • COBOT PALLETISER

    For simple palletising, a Cobot Palletiser offers the benefits of reduced input costs with the benefits of a small footprint and lower start-up costs. Our simPAL Mini Cobot Palletiser offers a single or double pallet position and palletises a standard Australian pallet (1165mm). Its easy to programme and has a load capacity up to 12kg using a TM12 cobot or 14kg with a TM14 cobot.

  • AUTOMATED CAN LOADER

    Our client needed an automated system to load and unload pet food cans into a retort oven. Australis used its depalletising experience to design a system using a modular belt conveyor and pneumatic arms to load the pet food cans, effectively creating a mini depalletiser.

  • AUTOMATED CONVEYOR GUIDE RAILS

    Our latest development in the Ezy-Change Guide Rails is a fully automated, self-adjusting guide rail system. Our Automatic Guide Rails are fully automatic, adjust to virtually infinite product sizes (within the max. and min. widths), have a single point of adjustment and offer PLC or Push-button control.

  • PET BOTTLE AIR CONVEYOR

    Air conveyors are a specialist conveyor that are used to transport empty PET bottles. Air conveyors allow for fast and efficient movement of highly unstable empty PET bottles through your production line. Air conveyors can be fitted with HEPA filters to meet food safety guidelines.
